Job Description:
As a key member of the facility's management team, the successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and executing nursing policies, procedures, and best practices to uphold the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and execute nursing policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
* Lead and motivate the nursing team, guiding them towards achieving performance goals and objectives.
* Monitor resident care outcomes and quality metrics, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing strategies to improve services.
* Manage staffing levels effectively to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing operational costs.
* Develop and implement training initiatives for new nurses and facilitate ongoing professional development for existing staff.
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategic business plans and budgets for the facility.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's degree preferred).
* Qualification in Management.
* Active Registration with the Nursing Board.
* Minimum 3 years of experience within last 5 years, in a leadership role in a nursing home setting.
