Job Description
We are currently seeking a Student Ambassador to play a crucial role in enhancing our students' experience.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 hours available per week and be able to commit to a fixed-term, part-time contract with flexible shift patterns.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supporting monthly events aligned with our student calendars
* Creating engaging social media content and keeping our community informed about upcoming events
* Assisting at the front desk and providing support for student enquiries, including mail items
* Contributing to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment by reporting any issues and assisting with cleaning duties as needed
* Providing general support to the maintenance team and assistance with check-in and check-out processes
* General administrative support, including following up on email enquiries
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to manage their health and safety responsibilities as outlined in Section 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Etc. Act.
