JMK Group is an exciting new phase of growth and expansion.We are now recruiting a highly experienced Group General Manager to oversee our hotel portfolio across the UK and Ireland.This role will have overall responsibility for the operational performance, leadership culture, and commercial success of all JMK Group hotels.With three new hotels opening in Q1 2026 and a strong pipeline of further developments, this is a senior leadership role with genuine scale, influence, and long-term opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and oversight to all General Managers across the portfolioDrive commercial performance, guest satisfaction, and brand complianceSupport and lead new hotel openings and pre-opening activityEnsure brand standards across Hilton, Marriott, and IHG hotels in our portfolioPartner with the Head of Operations on strategy, execution, and growthEmbed strong culture, talent development, and succession planningIdentify efficiencies, best practice, and performance improvement opportunitiesAbout YouProven experience in a multi-site or regional hotel leadership roleStrong branded hotel background (Hilton / Marriott / IHG highly desirable)Commercially astute with strong operational credibilityExperienced in fast-growth and development-led environmentsInspirational leader with a hands-on, values-led approachWilling to travel regularly across the UK & IrelandWhy JMK GroupBe part of a rapidly expanding hotel groupLead a diverse portfolio of globally recognised brandsPlay a key role in multiple hotel openings from 2026 onwardsLong-term career progression as the business continues to scale
