Our client is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support and enhance a complex, multi-site network environment. This is a senior role providing 2nd and 3rd line support, acting as an escalation point, and contributing to network design and improvement.Key Responsibilities include:Provide 2nd/3rd line network and systems supportTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical incidentsAct as an escalation point for major network issuesSupport and mentor junior team membersAssist with the design, implementation, and support of on-prem and cloud network solutionsMaintain security controls, patching, and vulnerability remediationRequirements include:10+ years' experience in networking and enterprise systems supportStrong experience in Microsoft-based environments (Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP)Proven experience supporting multi-site network environmentsHands-on expertise with Cisco and Fortinet technologiesStrong knowledge of LAN/WAN, VPNs, TCP/IP, and core network servicesScripting and automation experience (PowerShell or similar)Must be comfortable with frequent regional travel and occasional overnight stays.
