Job Description
The primary duties of this supply chain logistics specialist role include:
1. Stock Management: Ensure accurate stock levels in the warehouse by conducting regular cycle counts and implementing effective inventory management systems.
2. Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders for delivery the following day with precision and accuracy, meeting customer expectations for timely and efficient service.
3. Warehouse Operations: Operate a variety of Warehouse machinery to pick orders ready for dispatch, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
4. Quality Control: Accurately check, pick, pack, and dispatch goods as per procedure and instructions, adhering to company standards for quality and excellence.
5. Goods Receipt: Check, sort, and put-away products received, verifying quantities and condition against incoming documentation.
6. Housekeeping: Maintain a safe and clean environment for storage and movement of goods, adhering to health and safety regulations and best practices.
7. Documentation: Complete all documentation accurately and ensure tasks are in compliance with appropriate procedures, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
