The Site Maintenance Operations Lead plays a vital role in ensuring that client sites are maintained to the highest standards. This position is responsible for overseeing and directing maintenance activities, fostering strong client relationships, and promoting a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and direct maintenance team operations.
* Maintain excellent communication with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
* Foster a culture of safety, health, and environmental awareness within the team.
* Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure high standards are met.
* Manage staff rosters, including leave and absenteeism coverage.
* Address issues professionally and treat all staff fairly.

Person Specification:
* Essential experience: Maintenance or facilities management experience is essential.
