Senior Quantity Surveyor

One of Dublin’s Tier 1 main contractors is currently recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage a prestigious project in Central Dublin.
The Company has a turnover of over €250m and is growing steadily with a strong pipeline of current and recently won projects throughout Ireland.
The Company
Operating for over 50 years, they have developed a reputation for delivering marquee projects to a diverse range of clients throughout the Irish construction market.
You will initially manage a project in Central Dublin which is a €150m new build scheme that is due to run for the next 2 years with the support of junior level commercial staff.
The Person
* Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or strong construction experience
* 10+ years’ experience in a similar role
* Previous experience delivering large scale commercial projects
* Strong negotiator
* Excellent leadership
* Excellent communication and reporting skills
