Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Specialist

You will be responsible for producing and analyzing complex debt ledgers, identifying key issues, and working closely with other departments to achieve business goals.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the financial operations team
* Maintain high standards of credit and collections management
* Liaise with external partners when necessary
Key Accountabilities:
* Manage the Debtors Ledger
* Maintain high performance and adherence to company KPIs
* Agree on customer credit terms and limits
* Handle customer queries
* Ensure all customer records are properly maintained
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in financial operations or credit management
* Strong people management skills and experience
* Demonstrated understanding of debt ledgers and financial analysis
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
