Restaurant Supervisor - Cork Airport Salary: €35,000 per annum The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to search for a Restaurant Supervisor in Cork Airport. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven hospitality professional to step into a leadership role within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service standards and smooth team coordination. Our client is a well-established and reputable hospitality operator known for delivering consistent quality and service excellence, particularly in high-footfall locations. The Role Support the daily management of restaurant operations within a busy airport environment Lead, motivate, and supervise the front-of-house team to deliver excellent customer service Ensure all service standards, hygiene, and health & safety procedures are consistently met Assist with staff training, onboarding, and performance management Monitor stock levels and support ordering and inventory control Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner Work closely with senior management to drive operational efficiency and service quality Ensure smooth shift transitions and clear communication across teams Shift Pattern: Week 1: 04:00 am - 12:30 pm Week 2: 12:00 noon - 8:30 pm 5 days over 7 (including weekends) Requirements to be Considered Must have experience in hospitality Must have experience in a similar role or be ready to step up in their career Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Flexibility to work early morning and evening shifts Living in Ireland with the right to work in ROI Visa and relocation packages are not provided Salary & Benefits Salary: €35,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) Opportunities for career progression within the company Access to professional development and training programmes A dynamic and supportive working environment
