You'll operate equipment, support troubleshooting activities and ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.You'll be part of a high-performing team, working closely with engineers to keep operations running smoothly while contributing to continuous improvement.Key responsibilities include:Operating beer intake, processing, and filling equipmentConducting packaging activities, including palletisationTroubleshooting equipment performance with engineering teamsCarrying out quality checks on components and finished productsPerforming basic machine care, cleaning, and maintenanceSupporting line improvements and continuous improvement initiativesWork Pattern38 hours per weekTwo-shift rotation alternating weekly.
Shift hours to be confirmed but indicative times are:Front Shift: 06:*******:30Back Shift: 14:*******:00Production is currently planned Monday–Thursday, however:Shift patterns may evolve depending on business demandFuture production may include Friday and Saturday workingAbout YouWe're looking for a reliable, motivated and performance-driven individual who takes pride in delivering high standards of safety and quality in everything they do.You'll be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and bring a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.Ideally, you'll have experience working with machinery or within an FMCG or production setting, along with basic IT skills and an understanding of operating processes or equipment.You should also be comfortable carrying out manual tasks, including lifting, handling goods, and supporting general operational activities.Rewards & BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary alongside a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your lifestyle and wellbeing.
