Job Description
We are currently looking for an Administrator to join our Sales & Marketing Team. A main part of this role will be involved with the sourcing of packaging requirements for our customers together with some general sales administration. We require a good all-rounder who enjoys a varied work-load and being part of a dynamic team.
The main responsibilities of the role are:
Liaising with external suppliers
 * Using internal IT system to generate works orders, upload codes and set up listings of packaging componentry in preparation for production
 * Participating in weekly meetings to discuss proposed projects etc.
 * Working closely with internal departments such as Engineering and Production to understand packaging requirements etc.
 * Receiving in packaging samples
 * Ensuring stock listings of componentry are reviewed regularly, and existing items are used where possible.
 * General sales administration duties as directed by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
Experience:
 * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 * Previous administration experience
 * Have the ability to work closely and effectively with management and staff to work as part of a team
 * Flexible attitude
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday 7.30am to 4pm
Fridays 7.30am – 2pm
Total of 36.75 hours per week.
