Facility Maintenance Technician 3 (Weekday Night Shift)

Responsibilities
* You will perform routine/preventive maintenance on electrical and other facilities infrastructure.
* You will provide timely troubleshooting support where required, particularly in response to equipment downtime situations.
* You will ensure that the site safety requirements are met.
* You will identify and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency and reduce energy consumption.
* You will support equipment installation, equipment moves, commissioning, qualification, and validation.
* You will ensure maintenance activities and other repair tasks are accurately documented and records are audit ready at all times.
* You will utilize Maximo CMMS to track and manage maintenance activities.
* You will ensure compliance with GMP standards in all maintenance tasks.
* You will comply with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
* You will participate in audits, risk assessments, stress testing scenarios for facility systems.
* You will coordinate and oversee the work of external contractors.
Qualifications
* Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
* Proven experience in facilities maintenance.
* Proficiency in using Maximo CMMS.
* Strong understanding of GMP standards.
* Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance requirements.
* Can work independently and as part of a team.
* Experience working with BMS/EMS systems.
