Software License Review & Optimization Specialist vacancy for our Dublin based client in the Insurance & Re-insurance sector

Your tasks:
* Systematically review user lists for all licensed applications, following prioritization set by management
* Engage with relevant managers to confirm the necessity of licenses for each user and identify candidates for removal
* Distinguish between licenses that can be terminated immediately (resulting in direct cost savings) and those that inform future renewal negotiations
* Maintain a structured record of all identified savings - both immediate and projected -for reporting and performance tracking
* Work closely with IT, procurement, and business units to ensure alignment on license usage and optimization strategies
Your experience/knowledge:
* Experience in software asset management or license administration
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
* Proficiency in Excel or other data tracking/reporting tools
* Language skills: English

* Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail
* A high degree of self-organisation and time management
* Analytical and solution-orientated thinking
