Our client is a well known and highly established leading Irish Developer who is currently seeking an established Site Engineer to join their Dublin
based team for their residential development in north Co.Wicklow. The client in question are operating a number of high end residential sites around Wicklow and South Dublin. This is a
full-time permanent position with competitive salary and ancillary benefits.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* A third level civil engineering or construction education degree background
* Previous successful delivery (ideally in the residential sector) as a Site Engineer with 5+ years experience
* A high attention to detail
* Ability to measure the work of the site setting out engineers
* Preside over all quality aspects
* Good subcontractor management
* Excellent communication, organisation & time management skills are essential
* Proven track record of working to strict timescales
* Fully proficient understanding of current Health & Safety legislation is required
