Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through, networking, and lead generation.
* Work closely with our Commercial Manager to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
* Present and demonstrate company products or services to prospective clients.
* Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
* Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
* Prepare monthly report of client contacts per month, opportunities, proposals submitted and business won.
* Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, etc.) to ensure client success.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
* Proven experience in sales / operations in the Services industry; preferably in Cleaning, Security or Facilities Management.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
* Ability to travel as needed within Ireland.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with B2B sales.
* Knowledge of Cleaning and/or Security Services Industry.
* Ability to analyse sales metrics and performance data.
