An excellent opportunity to join our Loughrea based Whitethorn Retail payroll team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who will be able to work to tight deadlines.
Our payroll experts provide the highest quality standards to our clients consistently.
The role will comprise of the following activities:
* processing of weekly payrolls for a portfolio of Whitethorn clients;
* processing of Revenue returns;
* processing bank payments;
* dealing with day-to-day queries on client payrolls;
* accurate record keeping;
* general administration duties.
The successful candidate will be and possess:
* 1-2 years previous payroll experience is essential;
* computer literate (MS Office);
* ability to meet tight deadlines consistently;
* IPASS Certification (an advantage);
* good interpersonal skills;
* high level of initiative, with a strong sense of responsibility.
The role is office based - Loughrea. Ideally, the role will suit somebody looking for 30 hours per week - Monday through Thursday - but there is some flexibility above and below these hours.

Pay: €35,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
