Job Title:
Experienced construction professionals are sought to join a dynamic developer led contractor with a reputation for delivering high quality homes across Ireland valued up to €50M.
* Setting out and checking works as required for the project and ensuring all works are completed in line with project drawings specifications and building regulations is a key responsibility of this role.
* Performing checks on the quality of works completed to ensure works are done to a high standard is also essential.
* Interoperating technical drawings and providing support to the construction team on any queries, liaising with sub-contractors and personnel on site in the planning of daily tasks for the project.
* Supervising trades on site and acting as a point of contact for subbies, architect and client, ensuring health and safety standards are met and adhered to on site and reporting any issues is a critical aspect of this position.

Working Conditions:
