Duty Manager – RIU Plaza The Gresham Dublin
Location: Dublin, Ireland.
About the Role
The Duty Manager will be integral in delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving operational excellence, and supporting key business functions across the hotel.
Responsibilities
Provide internal and external customer care
Assist the day‑to‑day operation of the hotel
Manage fire, health & safety, and security protocols
Maintain quality of service and hotel standards
Conduct staff training and development
Demonstrate people management and flexibility
Ensure health, safety & security compliance
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in a busy hotel of 300+ rooms
Fluency in written and spoken English
Legal eligibility to work 40 hours per week in Ireland
Compensation & Benefits
Gross salary: €32,000 per annum
Annual leave: 20 days per annum
