Description:The Talent Acquisition Strategist plays a key role in identifying and developing future talent needs for the organisation.
1. The position is responsible for managing training processes, consolidating TNA outcomes for planning, maintaining L&D metrics and governance standards.
2. This includes assisting with organisational design projects such as job architecture, role profiles, grading & competency updates.
3.
