About the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team. This role acts as a vital link between day and night operations, ensuring smooth communication, accurate data management, and efficient freight handling. You will support the operational flow, manage documentation, and contribute to maintaining a high standard of service within our network.Key ResponsibilitiesLiaise between day and night operations teams to ensure effective handovers.Manage inbound and outbound manifests and handle general inbound load enquiries.Engage with customers to debrief and provide updates regarding their freight.Record, track, and manage operational data and freight volumes.Work collaboratively with all team members and across the wider network to coordinate and document operational tasks.Prepare and maintain daily operational documentation and reports.Handle general network and operational queries efficiently.Ensure compliance with company procedures and service quality standards.Uphold health and safety regulations for all staff and visitors, reporting any concerns as necessary.RequirementsPrevious experience in an administrative operations role, however full training will be provided.Highly self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).Excellent communication both verbal & written.Due to limited public transport links to the site, a full driver's license and access to your own transport is preferred.Working Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 6:30pm (8.5-hour shift)Hybrid Working: Available after successful completion of the probationary periodJob Type: Full-timePay: From €30,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsOn-site parkingSick payWork from homeWork authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
