Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our customers.
About the Role:
* Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
* Perform platform administration tasks, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance.
* Create and maintain catalog items, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripting to drive process efficiency and productivity.
* Participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews.
* Troubleshoot incidents and resolve issues within the platform, providing timely and effective solutions.
* Collaborate on integration activities, utilizing REST APIs and other technologies to enhance system functionality.
* Support testing, documentation, and deployment of ServiceNow features and upgrades, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.
* Stay current with platform releases and ServiceNow best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and excellence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* 1-3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or application development.
* Exposure to ServiceNow through training, certifications, internships, or hands-on projects.
* Basic scripting knowledge in JavaScript and Glide.
* Understanding of ITIL principles and service management workflows.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
* Agile/SCRUM exposure is beneficial.
* ServiceNow CSA certification (or working toward it) is preferred.
* Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and enterprise integration concepts is advantageous.
