Their platform enables healthcare professionals to spend more time with patients by automating and enhancing documentation processes through intelligent systems and scalable software architecture.They are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and grow a cross-functional engineering team of approximately seven engineers across software development and QA. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will combine strong backend technical expertise with people management, mentoring, and delivery ownership.The RoleYou will lead, coach, and develop engineers through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations, fostering an inclusive and psychologically safe environment. You will oversee Agile delivery, ensure effective Scrum ceremonies, collaborate closely with Product Owners, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement through velocity and quality metrics aligned to OKRs.From a technical perspective, you will provide guidance on backend architecture, system design, and implementation strategy while contributing to broader technical roadmaps. The platform environment includes Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes (AWS EKS), OpenSearch/Elasticsearch, and AI/ML integrations using Python, FastAPI, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and Google Cloud Speech.
