Our team combines innovation with practical construction expertise to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.We are now recruiting a Site Engineer to join our team on an exciting project based in Cluny, Co. Sligo where you will be utilising MMC, modern methods of construction, in a fully onsite role. ResponsibilitiesSetting Out & Surveying: Using equipment (e.g., total stations, GPS) to survey the site and accurately mark out structural points, roads, levels, drainage and boundaries.Technical Support & Advice: Providing technical guidance to workers and subcontractors, reviewing design drawings, and ensuring specifications are met.Quality & Safety Control: Monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations (H&S) and quality standards (QA)- reviewing RAMS.Planning & Scheduling: Creating work schedules, two week lookaheads, coordinating subcontractors, and organizing materials to ensure project milestones are met.Reporting & Documentation: Preparing daily/weekly site reports, maintaining records, and managing material reconciliation.Problem Solving: Resolving unexpected technical issues or design discrepancies on-site. ExperiencePrevious experience in a similar, site-based role. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or construction-related field.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and surveying instruments.Strong leadership, communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.Full, clean driver's license.Additional InformationVision Built, a Sisk Company, offers a rewarding career within a collaborative and innovative environment.
