We help our partners and clients achieve their sustainability objectives and goals.The RoleThe goal of the Document Controller role is to coordinate processes within the Quality team including the development and implementation of Quality processes and procedures within the organisation.Role RequirementsQuality experience with integrated document management systemsHighly experienced in MS OfficeProficient in SharePoint and ACC/ BIM360 Ability to prioritise and work well under pressureManage workload effectivelyResults orientated Two years Construction Industry experience preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational skillsFluency in English both spoken and written is requiredFull driver's license essentialMain Job Tasks, Duties and ResponsibilitiesCreation, review, revision and formatting of controlled documents and proceduresMaintain and control an up-to-date and organised source for all documents, including physical and digital documentsReview, update and document templates, policies and procedures in line with company naming conventions and revision controlResponsible for generating reports and metrics related to document management and supporting with items such as, technical reports, monthly progress reports, meeting minutes, meeting agendas, drawings, photographs, consultant reports)Support the distribution of documents to ensure these are shared with the appropriate parties in a timely manner and notification of new revisions are communicatedSupport the management of permissions and security settings for relevant digital platformsIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement and gather feedback from stakeholders to improve systemsCoordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes under the guidance of the Quality ManagerInduction training and support on the functionality of document control softwareEdit of diagrams and process maps that can be included within controlled documents to illustrate step by step processes and/or workflow as requiredBCAR documentation management Quality Control / Review and audit of documents for completeness and accuracy while maintaining document workflow and ensuring correct approval process has been adhered toReview and maintain master register and supporting documentationMaintain confidentiality measures, especially for sensitive or confidential documentsResponsible for ad-hoc duties/projects as required
