About the Role: As a Talent Attraction Partner, you'll be a key player in our Sales Recruiting team, blending hands-on sourcing with strategic insights and operational excellence.
You'll collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build high-quality, diverse pipelines of Senior Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities: Source and engage senior sales talent across multiple channels Conduct structured assessments aligned with role and company values Deliver market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform strategy Drive data integrity and reporting across sourcing platforms Support brand activations and recruiting events Enable continuous learning and pipeline optimization ?
Qualifications: 5+ years in talent acquisition or sourcing (preferably sales/tech) Proven success recruiting senior candidates in the DACH region German language skills (preferred; required for top pay) Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills Experience with CRM, HRIS, Tableau, and Excel Reed Specialist Recruitment is an Employment Agency and an Employment Business for permanent and temporary recruitment.
