Media Planning Manager - Sky Bet (12 month FTC)Location: Leeds, Dublin, London or MaltaFTC of 12 months to cover maternityYour TeamAs Media Planning Manager, you'll deliver world class marketing campaigns across key events such as Cheltenham, The World Cup, the start of the new football season (and many more).The role is responsible for leading, developing and delivering the most optimum media strategies that will deliver to the Marketing Strategy and Business objectives. The successful applicant will hold key relationships with our media agency, external partners, and a wide range of internal colleagues, including Digital Media channel owners.Specifically the role will own the day to day media plans as well as campaign media planning as part of the overall Marketing brief. The successful candidate will ensure Media activity is analysed and reported on as well as co ordinating the budget planning with Finance and the Digital Media execution teams.The position also be key to ensuring we are learning and innovating, working with external and internal customers to bring new thinking and innovation to the forefront of Media planning.What you'll do:Develop and implement the Media Strategy to support key marketing campaigns and BAU activityWork closely with relevant internal teams (Marketing, Commercial Planning, Brand and Creative, CRM, Customer Engagement), to ensure that marketing plans and media strategies are aligned to marketing and business strategyResponsible for ensuring ATL and digital campaigns work in conjunction to provide a truly coordinated campaign for overall efficiencyDrive forward media capabilities/diversification of channelsEnsure effective critical metrics measurement strategy in place to drive optimum performanceDeliver Media PCAs and regular reporting on performance that will feed into the overall Marketing/campaign performance reviewsHandle an eight-figure media budget, optimising the media mix in-line with performance and objectivesAs a line manager, take responsibly for the performance, development and engagement of your direct reportsCompliance/Legal relationship for non-digital media channelsHow you'll do it:Significant Marketing experience, preferably with good knowledge of developing coordinated ATL media campaigns and delivering media plansExperience planning multi-channel marketing and past experience in delivering media campaigns across channels such as: TV, VOD, Radio, Digital Audio, Print, OOH, Brand Partnerships (although not all vital)Have experience of setting media strategies to support marketing campaigns, ensuring performance meets business objectives and is measurable throughout the processExperience in leading relationships with Media Agencies and core media third partiesBe commercially savvy and able to make decisions that will see us spending budget in the right areas to improve return on investment.Highly analytical with the ability to interpret and deliver data into significant insights and actionsExperience managing and influencing key customers at all levelsExperience in people management.Naturally collaborative, and with a desire to be part of a highly successful team rather than just being a highly successful individual.About Sky Betting & Gaming:At Sky Betting & Gaming, better is just the beginning.Our story began in 1999, and we've since grown to house a family of iconic brands including Sky Bet, Sky Vegas, Sky Bingo, Sky Casino and Sky Poker.We aim to support you in building a fulfilling career and encouraging a sense of belonging by providing everything you need to succeed.Plus, Sky Betting & Gaming is part of the UK & Ireland region of Flutter — a collection of big-hitting entertainment brands such as, Betfair, Paddy Power.
