Director of International operations & Business Development
We are presently recruiting an Accounts Administrator for a busy professional services company in Castleisland, County Kerry. Supporting the company accountants, you will be first point of contact with company clients and will offer support in a raft of duties from invoicing to VAT returns and payroll along with assisting in financial records, perform reconciliations and ensuring client compliance. This is a full-time position, based in Office in Castleisland, County Kerry.
Job Specification: Accounts Assistant
* Support senior accountants with bookkeeping, VAT returns, and Invoice preparation
* Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
* Process invoices, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
* Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and year-end financial statements
* Communicate with clients regarding queries and required documentation
* Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and internal procedures
* Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable
* Prepare and submit payroll information
* Liaise with colleagues and external stakeholders in a professional manner
* Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy at all times
Qualifications and experience:
* Prior experience in a professional services environment is highly desired
* AAT qualified or working towards a relevant accounting qualification
* Ability to use Microsoft productivity software such as Excel and Word
* Excellent attention to detail
Salary is open to negotiation and based on experience and in the region of €30 – 35,000.
