Our technical consultants and contractors are handpicked and trained to meet the highest regulatory standards, providing you with flexible access to specialized skills in the (Bio)Pharmaceutical and Med-Tech field.We are now seeking a Sales Team Leader to join our Education business. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing a centralised sales function, migrating sales activities from across the business into one best in class sales function.Key Responsibilities:· Establishment of new centralised sales team migrating existing knowledge and resources from across the business into one team responsible for selling the full range of the companies educational offerings· Creation of all processes and procedures; workflow, scripts, training· Design of the KPIs required to operate a best in class function and implement strategies t o enhance efficiency and drive results· Configuration and enhancement of company CRM to a more sales centric system· Provide ongoing coaching, training and feedback to teams members to improve sales techniques and product knowledge· Provide regular performance reports to management detailing team progress, challenges and achievements· Proactively implement process improvement improving the efficiency of the team and the overall custom experience.Qualifications:· Experience: Minimum of 2 years as team leader in call centre environment· Industry Knowledge: Experience in sectors relevant to our business advantageousSkills:· Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.· Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.Personal Attributes:· Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach.· High level of emotional intelligence and resilience.· Strong ethical standards and professionalism.· Ability to work collaboratively and foster teamwork.What We Offer:· Competitive salary and benefits package.· Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.· A dynamic and inclusive work environment.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:On-site parkingApplication question(s):Do you have experience in sales in a call centre?
