About the Role
As an Employment Coach, you will be responsible for case management of a caseload of customers with a prior offender history. The primary objective is to secure employment opportunities for these individuals. Key responsibilities include:
* Case management focusing on improving customers' employability by addressing non-vocational issues and developing vocational skills.
* 'Reverse marketing' customers to suitable employers.
* Leading group-based job search sessions to motivate and promote further job placements.
This role requires a genuine passion for recruitment, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet individual targets. A strong focus will be placed on generating suitable vacancies and job referrals. -----------------------------------
The Opportunity
This is a full-time position at our Kilkenny site, with occasional travel to our Oaklands site. You will enjoy a 9-day fortnight, with a dedicated day off every second week. Remuneration includes salary sacrifice options, providing a great work-life balance.

* Ability to assess, match, and refer customers to suitable job opportunities.
* Strong administration skills, IT literacy, and data entry experience.
* Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and previous experience in employment services or a related field.
You require a minimum Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development, and experience in employment services or a related industry.
