About Home Care Workers

As a Home Care Worker, you will provide person-centred care in clients' homes, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times. You will be part of a flexible rota that matches your availability, working at various times throughout the week.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and people skills, maintaining confidentiality and respecting client boundaries. They will work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A valid driver's licence.
* Your own car for use on work assignments.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* A calm, polite, and professional demeanor.
* A kind and caring nature.
* A reliable and trustworthy approach.
* Satisfactory Garda Vetting.
* QQI Level 5 Healthcare Modules: Care Skills and Care of the Older Person.
* At least one year of paid experience in a similar caring role.
