We are looking for an experienced professional responsible for testing, calibrating, and maintaining precision measurement instruments and equipment. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, guidance, and process improvements across production and operational areas.
About the Role

1. Calibrating electronic test and signal-generating equipment to meet required standards.
2. Testing, adjusting, and maintaining various measurement instruments including electromechanical, mechanical, optical, pneumatic, and pressure-type devices.
3. Developing and executing calibration sequences, methods, and procedures using specifications, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
4. Disassembling, cleaning, and repairing test equipment components such as pressure gauges and tension meters.
5. Supporting production, operations, maintenance, testing, and safety by troubleshooting and validating equipment performance.
6. Compiling, analyzing, and manipulating technical data using established formulas and mathematical procedures.
7. Leading minor projects, interpreting test data, and developing technical reports.
8. Providing training, coaching, and support to junior technicians.
9. Suggesting improvements to enhance work processes and calibration efficiency.
10. Ensuring compliance with quality standards using statistical process control and verification techniques.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 4 years of relevant technical experience in calibration, maintenance, or related fields.
2. Vocational or technical education/certification preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of operational systems, industry techniques, and calibration best practices.
4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage small-scale projects.
5. Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical documents.
6. Skilled in problem-solving and proposing practical solutions for review and implementation.
7. Effective communicator with internal teams, capable of providing and receiving technical guidance.
8. Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior staff.
