Restaurant Operations Manager

This role involves overseeing a seamless dining experience in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include ensuring operational standards are met, training and leading a team, and motivating them to deliver exceptional customer service.


Essential Skills and Qualifications

* Minimum of three years' experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Food and Beverage Supervisor in a high-volume restaurant or hotel (4-star+)
* Possession of strong leadership and communication skills
* Able to work well under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor during peak periods
