Overview
Hiring on behalf of a financial technology firm with more than four decades delivering Treasury Management Systems to global banks and multinational corporates. The organisation is building its next generation SaaS treasury platform while continuing to enhance its established desktop product. This role sits at the core of product development and requires deep functional treasury knowledge combined with strong analytical delivery capability.
Key Responsibilities
Define business and functional requirements rooted in treasury best practice.
Design enhancements across both legacy desktop modules and new SaaS platform builds.
Partner with Product, Development, and QA teams through specification, development, testing, and deployment.
Mentor cross functional teams in treasury concepts, workflows, and platform usage.
Identify market gaps and competitive opportunities to strengthen the product offering.
Develop detailed test scenarios, scripts, and data sets.
Support client engagement, implementation, and post go live optimisation activities.
Requirements
Six plus years of treasury systems experience with at least two years operating at senior BA level.
Hands on treasury background across FX, money markets, debt, derivatives, securities, intercompany and associated static data.
Deep understanding of payments and settlement infrastructures including ISO 20022, SWIFT, SEPA, and local ACH.
Strong knowledge of cash and liquidity operations including forecasting, concentration, pooling, and positioning.
Experience with TMS module interactions, workflows, integrations, and audit trails.
Proven QA and testing capability including regression planning, scenario design, and defect management.
Comfortable using Excel, SQL, and testing tools.
Practical experience using AI tools for documentation, forecasting, and reconciliation tasks.
Eligible to work in Europe or the United Kingdom.
Desirable
ACT or CTP qualification.
SaaS migration experience.
Regulatory reporting exposure.
Agile or Scrum certification.
Experience with EMIR, MiFID II, or Basel III.
