Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Full-Time Trainer to join our team at BEE Smart Training. This is a remote role, where travel throughout Ireland will be a requirement. The Trainer will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating training sessions tailored to the needs of various teams and individuals, predominantly in the social care sector. Responsibilities include preparing course materials, facilitating interactive workshops, assessing learning outcomes, and maintaining high standards of training quality. The Trainer will work closely with clients to ensure programs meet their specific objectives and provide expert insights.
Qualifications
* Trainer the Trainer
* Manual Handling Instructor qualification
* FAR Instructor qualification
* Proficiency in designing, developing, and delivering training content tailored to client needs
* Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills
* Experience in social care, training, or consultancy services
* Ability to assess individual and team learning needs effectively
* Flexibility to adapt training materials for diverse audiences
* Formal certification or qualifications in training or education preferred
* Experience with quality assurance processes is an advantage
* Proficiency in leveraging virtual training tools and technologies
