A super exciting opportunity for a CRM Specialist, Dublin 2 We are seeking an exceptional CRM Specialist to join a globally recognised luxury fashion house at a pivotal moment of growth.

This is a high-impact role for a CRM professional who is genuinely passionate about Salesforce, data-led selling, and using insight to drive meaningful client engagement and commercial results.

This opportunity will suit someone who goes far beyond CRM administration, someone who leads with insight, influences behaviour, and knows how to turn data into sales momentum.

As a CRM Specialist, you will act as a central driver of client engagement and sales performance, using Salesforce as a strategic tool rather than a reporting system.

You will play a key role in shaping how CRM is used across teams, motivating adoption, improving data quality, and ensuring insights directly support sales conversion and client loyalty.

This is a selective process, and we are looking for candidates with 2–3 years of strong, hands-on CRM experience, ideally within a commercial, salesforce -led or client-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities CRM Leadership & Salesforce Excellence Own and champion the effective use of Salesforce CRM, ensuring it is actively used as a core sales and client engagement tool.

Ensure CRM data is accurate, meaningful, and actionable, supporting forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance tracking.

Continuously optimise CRM processes to align with commercial objectives and client engagement strategies.

Insight-Led Sales & Opportunity Identification Analyse CRM data to identify sales opportunities, client behaviours, and conversion gaps, proactively recommending actions to drive revenue.

Translate insights into clear, practical strategies that improve sales effectiveness and client engagement.

Support the development of targeted CRM-driven initiatives that enhance conversion and client lifetime value.

Team Motivation & CRM Adoption Act as a CRM advocate and influencer, motivating teams to consistently and effectively use Salesforce to achieve engagement and sales targets.

Client Engagement & Performance Tracking Monitor and report on KPIs related to client engagement, sales performance, and conversion.

Use insights to continuously refine approaches, improve outcomes, and support leadership decision-making.

What my client is looking For Minimum 2-3 years of solid experience working extensively with CRM systems, with Salesforce expertise essential.

Proven ability to use CRM insights to identify, pursue, and convert sales opportunities.

Experience influencing or motivating teams to actively engage with CRM to achieve commercial targets.

Strong commercial mindset with a clear understanding of sales funnels, client journeys, and conversion metrics.

Highly analytical, with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable outcomes.

Confident communicator who can engage stakeholders across sales, client-facing, and leadership teams.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-expectation, performance-driven environment.
