About Your New Job
As a Pre‑Sales Technical Support Engineer, you will support the external sales team and customers by designing solutions, producing quotations, and providing technical support for heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
You will develop expertise in commercial heat pumps, chillers, IT cooling equipment, and AHUs, giving technical guidance on energy efficiency and compliance.
You will interpret technical requests and specifications, generate compliant designs using various software tools, and maintain project enquiries for demand forecasting.
You will collaborate closely with after‑sales teams for commissioning, service visits, and spare parts support.
What Skills You Need
Third Level Qualification in Engineering, Construction, Design, Sustainability or demonstrated equivalent knowledge.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
At least 1+ years’ experience in a related technical support or engineering position (motivated early‑career candidates also considered).
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite; experience with AutoCAD and Zoho platform is a plus.
Positive attitude, ability to learn about new products, and genuine interest in supporting customers.
