Job Title CCS Customer Service Administrator
Location Aerodrome Business Park, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin

Reports to Community Care Services Manager
Contract type Permanent, Full Time
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
* Dealing with internal & external customer enquiries/requests
* Ensure that customer queries and issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly
* Accepting and entering customer orders
* Scheduling orders for delivery/collection
* Generating delivery/collection dockets and manifests
* Liaising with drivers to ensure efficient & timely delivery of product to customers
* Completing deliveries & collections on system
* Collecting and matching proof of delivery to completed tasks
* Monitoring and issuing of stock to backorders
* Assigning calls to repair technicians
* Monitoring status of repair calls and chasing outstanding calls with technicians
* Logging and managing PPM schedule for HSE equipment
* Handle customer issues/complaints - logging, distribution, follow up and reporting of issues
* Logging, preparation and issuing quotations to HSE
* Complete all documentation accurately and ensure tasks are in compliance with appropriate procedures, SOPs and EHS regulatory requirements.
Other Information
* Occasional requirements to work beyond normal working hours and to travel to other Fannin sites will be expected.
* You will be expected to attend internal & external training courses

Qualifications and Experience
The Successful Candidate Will Ideally Have
* Two years previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a Service environment.
* Experience in a busy warehouse environment would be ideal.
* Working knowledge of SAP
* IT literate

* Articulate, courteous with a friendly telephone manner
* Ability to work well under pressure while adhering to strict deadlines
