HR Business Partner Maternity Cover Contract Location: Limerick (Hybrid) Key Responsibilities: Promote a consistent and strategic approach to attracting, managing, developing, and retaining talent across the business to meet both current and future organisational needs. Collaborate with business leaders to design sustainable organisational structures, operating models, systems, and processes aligned with business and functional strategies. Leverage expertise in Employee Relations and Change Management to identify the need for change, diagnose underlying challenges, and build a compelling case for transformation in partnership with stakeholders. Support change initiatives by applying robust change management principles, ensuring alignment with the companys values and cultural framework. Coach and upskill managers to demonstrate leadership behaviours and uphold company values, while proactively addressing emerging organisational issues. Actively share knowledge, best practices, and insights across the wider People team, and engage collaboratively with internal Centres of Expertise. Key Requirements: Extensive relevant HR experience and full CIPD qualification. Proven track record in delivering proactive, commercial HR solutions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels, particularly with senior stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and best practices, with a commercial and pragmatic approach to employee relations. Strong project management capability; experience in leading or supporting HR-related projects is highly desirable. Demonstrated facilitation and consultancy skills, with the ability to manage complex HR issues and juggle competing priorities effectively. Strong commercial acumen and credibility, with the ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels, influencing key decision-makers. Broad generalist HR background within a commercial setting. Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
