Key Responsibilities
* Booking Flights as required.
* Conversing with our clients by phone and email and walk-in.
* Liaise with your manager to discuss sales and business development.
* Advise current and prospective clients about destination options.
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience in GDS, preferably Amadeus and Galileo.
* At least 12 months experience in travel.
* Passion for Travel.
* A strong client focus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Fluent English.
* Good organizational skills.
* An ability to work in a busy and demanding environment and to work well as part of a team.
* A positive can-do attitude and customer-friendly approach.
