Experienced Hire Lead, Talent Acquisition @ Grant Thornton Ireland

The Role

An exciting opportunity to join our HR team. The successful candidate will have high personal credibility and the ability to build excellent relationships at all levels. We are looking for a team player with a passion for providing a professional HR service. You will work with senior stakeholders and HR leadership to deliver a comprehensive HR service in a fast-paced environment and drive continuous improvement across the business.

Main Responsibilities:

* Partner with specified business units; build strong relationships with key stakeholders to provide HR expertise
* Develop a good business partnering relationship within specified business units and ensure decisions align with the HR framework
* Act as a trusted advisor to people managers, enabling them to strengthen capabilities in people management processes (e.g., performance & talent management)
* Ensure alignment of localised people initiatives with the firmwide people strategy
* Support the HRBP team in delivering key operational processes and strategic HR projects
* Implement HR policies and initiatives with strong stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with legislation and HR best practice
* Partner with HRIS colleagues on the system transition from Workday to Oracle, driving engagement across assigned business areas
* Collaborate with the broader HR team to improve the People Experience

Skills and attributes:

* 5+ years experience in an HR Business Partner role
* Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
* Strong business focus and commitment to client service
* Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
* Experience delivering in a fast-paced, agile environment
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Third level qualification in HR or related discipline (CIPD)

Desirable:

* Previous experience in a professional services environment
* Oracle experience

Work Location: Dublin, City Quay / Hybrid
