* Ensure all surface facilities are maintained to high standards and comply with EHSQ regulations.
* Monitor site conditions, oversee contractor performance, and ensure adherence to defined scopes of work.
* Deliver efficient and effective site and operational services by coordinating contractors and aligning with management directives.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate contracts for site surface maintenance activities.
2. Manage concentrate transport logistics and contract compliance.
3. Oversee all site services and contractor performance.
4. Support department budgeting and financial planning.
5. Participate in procurement of equipment and services.
6. Lead and support site improvement projects and initiatives.
7. Attend and contribute to management meetings.
8. Monitor project progress, budgets, and delivery timelines.
9. Develop and update SOPs for surface maintenance.
10. Create and deliver training for surface operations.
11. Ensure compliance with EHS and HR standards.
12. Maintain digital systems for contracts and safety.
13. Track contractor KPIs and service performance metrics.
14. Promote sustainability and environmental responsibility on site.
15. Participate in emergency response and incident investigations.

Requirements:
">
* A recognised degree or diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
* Qualifications in Business, Operations, or technical fields also accepted.
* Technical or industrial safety certification is highly advantageous.
* Training in maintenance, production, or project management beneficial.
* Strong IT literacy with digital systems experience preferred.
* Minimum 5 years in operations or facilities management.
* Proven contractor, compliance, and project coordination experience.
