This is a rare opportunity to join a genuinely international platform advising sophisticated managers on complex asset management and investment funds work, with exposure far beyond a purely domestic remit.
Responsibilities Advise on the establishment, structuring and ongoing operation of asset management and investment funds, including UCITS, AIFs and private funds.
Act for fund managers, sponsors and management entities on regulatory, governance and operational matters.
Support both regulated and private fund products, depending on background and interest Work within partner-led client teams, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of fund structures Collaborate closely with colleagues across Europe, the US and offshore jurisdictions on integrated mandates.
