Our client, a leading global law firm with a long-established presence in Ireland, is entering a new phase of growth in its Dublin funds practice and is seeking to recruit two high-quality funds solicitors at mid-level. This is a rare opportunity to join a genuinely international platform advising sophisticated managers on complex asset management and investment funds work, with exposure far beyond a purely domestic remit.
Responsibilities
* Advise on the establishment, structuring and ongoing operation of asset management and investment funds, including UCITS, AIFs and private funds.
* Act for fund managers, sponsors and management entities on regulatory, governance and operational matters.
* Support both regulated and private fund products, depending on background and interest
* Work within partner-led client teams, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of fund structures
* Collaborate closely with colleagues across Europe, the US and offshore jurisdictions on integrated mandates.

Candidate Profile
* 3–6 years' PQE as a funds solicitor within asset management and investment funds
* Experience gained in

).
* Background in either UCITS or private funds.
* Strong technical skills, commercial awareness and sound judgement.
* Ambitious, internationally minded and keen to work as part of a global funds platform.
