* Collaborate with the Hotel Manager to enhance guest experiences and exceed expectations.
* Handle guest queries and concerns promptly, offering tailored solutions.
* Anticipate guest needs and identify opportunities to create unforgettable moments.
* Maintain open communication with the Hotel Management team to ensure smooth operations.
* Develop a deep understanding of our core values and luxury standards, embodying excellence in every interaction.
* Handle telephone inquiries and reservations professionally, transferring calls as necessary.
* Build strong relationships with other hotel teams, acting as a vital link between guests and departments.
* Represent the hotel with impeccable grooming and presentation.
Requirements:
* Previous knowledge of OPERA is essential, preferably with experience on OPERA Cloud.
* A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury hotel sector.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook is a must.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* A meticulous eye for detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional service standards.
* Outstanding interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communication in English.
