As a Truck Collection Team Member with our company, you will play a critical role in our operations, assisting as a helper to a Truck driver on collection routes for Waste & Recycling in the Galway City Area. There will also be a requirement to carry out general duties at our yard in Oranmore some afternoons.
Reports to - The Truck Collection Team Member will report to the Solid Waste Operations Manager.
What the job involves:
* Be able to work in a physically demanding job.
* Collect and return customers' bins (along designated routes)
* Working Day Five over Six (Monday to Saturday).
* Work outdoors.
* Full category B driving licence.
* Be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment
* Comply with Health and Safety policies.
* Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner.
* Assist with general yard duties to include housekeeping, maintenance & repair of bins.
* Company workwear will be provided.
* Great Customer Service Attitude.
* Fluent English (spoken & written).
