Job Title: Warehouse OperatorJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Operator to join our team. The Warehouse Operator plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our medical device manufacturing facility by supporting the receiving, storage, handling, and distribution of materials and finished products. This position ensures that warehouse processes are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and components against purchase orders and delivery documentation.Accurately label, store, and organize materials and products in designated warehouse locations.Pick, pack, and prepare materials and finished products for production use or customer shipment.Maintain accurate inventory records through proper data entry in warehouse management systems or ERP software.Assist in conducting routine inventory counts and stock reconciliations to ensure accuracy.Follow proper procedures for handling, packaging, and storing materials in accordance with safety and regulatory guidelines.Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or reach trucks safely and responsibly.Support production and logistics teams by delivering materials to workstations as needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to company policies and safety standards.Report any damaged materials, discrepancies, or safety hazards to the Warehouse Lead or Supervisor promptly.Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience:1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience in a manufacturing, MedTech, or pharmaceutical environment preferred.Skills:Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.Ability to use inventory management or ERP software.Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, data entry).Good communication and teamwork skills.Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and material handling procedures.Valid forklift or equipment operator certification (preferred).Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 25–30 kg and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.Comfortable working in a controlled manufacturing or warehouse environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: From €35,000.00 per yearBenefits:On-site parkingPrivate medical insuranceWork Location: In person
