About the role
The Senior Intelligence Analyst – EMEA plays a key role in supporting physical and operational security for the region including Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, providing intelligence analysis and ensuring the safety and security of senior executives during global travel. Based in Dublin, this position provides direct support to the client security team by monitoring regional events, executive itineraries, preparing threat/risk assessments, and as needed, coordinating ground transport logistics with approved vendors. While the role has a global scope, the immediate focus will be on supporting EMEA, with responsibilities scaling over time to support AMER and APAC regions as needed.
What you’ll do
Monitor, assess, and track regional events and threats that would impact client security operations and executive travel itineraries. Provide assessments of threat levels and deliver the information to security operations to guide asset allocation and overall awareness. Support the client entities responsible for executive travel by preparing detailed risk assessments, monitoring itineraries, and providing journey‑management updates. Coordinate directly with approved ground transport vendors to ensure seamless executive travel arrangements, monitoring for disruptions, risks, or changes to itineraries that may require escalation. Provide real‑time situational awareness and intelligence monitoring. Serve as a trusted intelligence support resource during emergency activations, working closely with the Security Operations Center and Security teams to ensure client operations and executive travel remain safe, efficient, and secure.
What you need to apply
* 4+ years of strategic threat analysis experience in the EMEA region (commercial or government/military).
* Experience in intelligence, security operations, executive support, or corporate travel risk management.
* Proficiency in security systems, monitoring tools, and communication platforms.
* Solid understanding of regional issues (political, security, economic) and cultural nuance.
* Knowledge of operational and intelligence fusion for decision integration.
* Understanding of travel requirements and risks across EMEA.
* Familiarity with state and non‑state entities that can be disruptive in the region.
* Experience in journey‑management and executive protection considerations.
* Formal intelligence analysis training and/or OSINT training and certification (preferred).
* University level education preferred; military or government experience acceptable.
* AI fluency; ability to analyze and communicate at a high level.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior leaders.
* Self‑motivated, works under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
* Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills.
* Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI); familiarity with Copilot and newsletters a plus.
* Valid passport; willing to travel ~10% of the time.
* Willing to work nights and weekends on occasion.

The extra stuff
