Senior Care Manager
Job Overview:
* Supporting individuals with complex support needs.
* Providing mentorship and leadership to team members.
* Overseeing the service across shifts to ensure effective services delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring Personal Plans, Risk Assessments, and Behavioural Support Plans are up to date.
* Providing highest quality care and support to service users.
* Meeting regulation compliance as per Health Act 2007 and Regulations 2013.
* Managing staff team to provide support to service users.
* Coordinating input from Clinical Team and other departmental supports.
Skill Requirements:
* Degree in Health or Social related qualification (Level 7/8).
* Full Clean Driver's license.
