About the Role
The purpose of this position is to drive key operational functions and support strategic decision-making across the organisation. This role involves managing systems, improving processes, coordinating projects, and analysing data to inform performance and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of operational functions and processes across the organisation.
* Manage and maintain operational documentation, including compliance and standard operating procedures.
* Coordinate departmental resources, schedules, and internal communications to ensure smooth operations.
* Gather and analyse data, including CRM reports, to support strategic decision-making and KPI reporting.
* Lead and manage specific operational projects as assigned by senior management.
* Represent the Operations Department on internal committees and cross-functional working groups.
* Organise and facilitate Operations Management meetings and track follow-up actions.
* Coordinate the annual budget planning process in collaboration with senior management and Finance.
