The Service & Sales Advisor plays a key role in our team to ensure AIB can deliver exceptional service to their customers each day. The position is customer facing and a full-time, office-based role.
Key accountabilities:
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience by meeting service standards and working collaboratively with customers to identify suitable banking solutions.
* Seek opportunities to improve processes and propose creative solutions.
* Contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment.
* Follow through on responsibilities with reliability and integrity.
* This role is part of the Fitness & Probity Regime and Individual Accountability Framework.
What you Will Bring:
* Excellent customer relationship skills and ability to engage with customers professionally.
* A passion for delivering the best customer experience.
* Ability to work cooperatively with others to achieve shared goals.
* Ability to fulfill customer requests, resolve problems, and respond via multiple channels.
* Qualifications such as APA/QFA are desirable but can be achieved as part of the role if not already held.
