The Opportunity
We are looking for Engineers to join our Cork-based team. In this role, you will test and validate software, devices, and documentation to ensure products are accurate, functional, and ready for international markets. You will collaborate with developers, translators, QA teams, and project managers to help deliver high-quality global products.
Key Responsibilities
* Test software, hardware interfaces, documentation, and help content for localization and internationalization quality
* Identify and report functional, linguistic, and UI issues clearly and accurately
* Track issues to resolution using internal systems
* Collaborate with global QA teams, engineers, translators, and project managers
* Contribute to process improvements and provide feedback to enhance product quality
Technical & Automation Responsibilities (Role-Dependent)
* Design, maintain, and execute automated test scripts
* Write test automation in Swift, Objective-C, Python, Ruby, or other relevant languages
* Identify opportunities for automation to improve testing efficiency
* Conduct technical reviews to support continuous improvement
Candidate Profile
* Native-level proficiency in the required language with strong linguistic awareness
* Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Interest in software quality, testing, and international products
* Experience in QA, software testing, or localization is a plus
* Coding or automation experience is beneficial but not mandatory
